Enrichment Programs

Zoe Academy enrichment programs are designed to improve proficiency by enriching the learning experience. Our skilled teachers use their creativity to develop activities and materials that enhance the educational environment. Courses, academic strategies, assessments and even the physical learning environment may be changed to realize the potential of each child.

By using various programs such as dance, art, gardening, we hone in on the learning process, reinforcing lessons in a fun environment. Children who participate in our approved enrichment programs gain specific abilities and a higher level of competence, which strengthens their intellectual knowledge and enhances motor skill achievement.

Garden Club

Here at Zoe we believe in engaging children in various activities that reach beyond the classroom and into the real world. Our garden club allows children to get their hands dirty while learning new skills, having fun, and even developing self-confidence. Through this particular program children will learn and develop fine motor and sensory skills through movement and touch as they plant various flowers and edible plants.

Art Club

If your child is an avid artist, we definitely have a place form them! Our art club strives to promote creative development through art which expands a child's ability to interact with the world around them, and provides a new set of skills for self-expression and communication. Not only does art help to develop the right side of the brain, it also cultivates important skills that benefit a child's development!

Hip - Hop Club

Music and movement is an important element of the overall learning experience for children. Dance improves flexibility, coordination, balance, range of motion, stamina, muscle tone, strength and posture. But physical fitness is just one of many benefits of dance that can enhance your child's life in so many ways. ... Children strengthen their cognitive abilities and memory skills through learning choreography.

Language

Zoe Academy prides itself on offering our students a chance to develop their language skills by offering Spanish classes. As the second most-spoken language in the United States learning this second language helps to enhance early language skills and broaden cultural horizons.

Monthly Field Trips

In addition to our developmental enrichment programs we also strive to learn outside the classroom in monthly field trip. Field trips at Zoe are designed to engage students of all ages while actively applying skillsets learned in the classroom in the world.

Community Service

A simple concept that can be applied whenever, and wherever. We teach our students to give back whenever they can because one day their small act of kindness may change the world. In addition to this notion here at Zoe we also will carry out community service projects on a larger scale involving both our students and the community.
